Burrows Best orders are shipped within 3 business days of your order via our distributor “Frogglez Goggles”, but usually leaves the warehouse the day you order. Once the shipping company has it, it typically takes 3-5 days for standard delivery. We send an order confirmation upon purchase, and a shipment confirmation when it leaves the warehouse. We have experienced some shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic that are out of our control. If your shipment is delayed, contact us and we’ll help you track the status of your order with the shipper.
You have 60 days to change your mind and we’ll gladly accept returns for any unworn products in their original condition. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at info@frogglezgoggles.com and we will exchange or refund your purchase.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying for returns. We recommend a traceable carrier like UPS, USPS, or FedEx and keep a copy of the tracking number to track your return. All requests for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less any original shipping fees, if any.

We’ll exchange colors in the same style at no cost to you. If the products you return have a smaller value, we’ll refund the difference. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference. We will notify you via email when your new item has shipped.
